• Lead cross-functional engineering teams in hardware design and product development projects
• Develop circuit board and electrical system designs from concept to prototype
• Create and review technical documents, schematics, and test plans
• Collaborate on hardware/software integration and design specifications
• Conduct product evaluations and troubleshooting for production and field issues
• Support internal teams and customers with technical expertise and documentation
• Participate in proposal development and project planning
• Ensure projects meet quality, cost, and scheduling objectives

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (focus on electronic design)
• 8+ years of experience designing and developing electronic products
• Strong knowledge of analog and digital systems
• Proficient with lab testing equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers)
• Familiar with tools like Altium and Microsoft Project
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently with minimal supervision
• Comfortable building prototypes and interpreting engineering documentation
• Effective communicator and team collaborator
