Load One Transportation & Logistics is now hiring W2 company drivers for both tractors and straight trucks. Were one of the largest privately held expedite carriers in the U.S.and were built to support the people behind the wheel. Position Options:

Tractor Drivers:

1 year of OTR experience required

Out minimum 2-3 weeks at a time

Must have safe/legal home parking for truck & trailer

Straight Truck Drivers:

6 months of OTR experience required

Out minimum 2-3 weeks at a time

Must have safe/legal home parking for truck

Both positions offer:

W2 employment

Freightliner equipment

Paid holidays (after 90 days)

Medical benefits (after 90 days)

Vacation (after 90 days)

Bereavement pay

401(k) with company match

Pay:

Solo: 28% of line-haul revenue

Team: 34% split

Includes % of stop and layover pay

Detention: 50% of what Load One collects

Per Diem: Up to $69/day, tax-free

*$1K signing bonus! ($250 paid after 1st and 2nd weeks, remaining $500 after 60 days)
