Job Title: Sr. SailPoint Developer

Location: Fort Mill, South Carolina

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SailPoint Developer to join our team in Fort Mill, South Carolina. As a SailPoint Developer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or SailPoint IdentityNow. You will work closely with clients to understand their security requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver robust and scalable IAM solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, configure, and implement SailPoint IdentityIQ/IdentityNow solutions, including connectors, workflows, rules, and custom forms.
• Integrate SailPoint with various enterprise systems (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP, HR systems, cloud applications).
• Develop and implement custom Java code for SailPoint extensions and integrations.
• Perform unit testing, system integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SailPoint implementation and performance.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and other developers to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance on SailPoint best practices.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and deployment guides.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SailPoint features and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) with a strong focus on SailPoint products (IdentityIQ/IdentityNow).
• Proven experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ development, including:
• Workflows, rules, and policies
• LCM (Lifecycle Manager) and certifications
• Reporting and analytics
• Strong proficiency in Java/J2EE development.
• Experience with web services (REST/SOAP) and API integrations.
• Familiarity with various directory services (LDAP, Active Directory).
• Knowledge of databases (SQL, Oracle, etc.).
• Understanding of security concepts such as access governance, provisioning, single sign-on (SSO), and multifactor authentication (MFA).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have:

• SailPoint certification(s).
• Experience with other IAM tools (e.g., Okta, Azure AD, Ping Identity).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with agile development methodologies.
