Prym's roots go back to 1530, when Wilhelm Prym worked as a goldsmith in Aachen. This makes Prym one of the oldest industrial companies in Germany and one of the most traditional in the world. Summary/Objective
The Director of Product Management and Sales Strategy will lead the development and execution of a long-term product vision and strategic roadmap aligned with business goals. This role is responsible for driving product lifecycle planning, identifying market opportunities, and ensuring alignment across sales, marketing, finance, and operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven decision-making to optimize product performance and profitability.
