The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services, supporting the Store Manager in daily operations, maximizing sales and profitability, staff development, controlling expenses, and managing merchandising and inventory in accordance with company policies.

This role involves working up to 38 hours per week. The minimum age requirement is 18. Physical demands include standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds for over 8 hours daily. Prior retail or management experience is required.
