Roles and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to create a lean vision and strategy across the supply base.
• Improve safety, quality, lead times, delivery, and costs by supporting suppliers in lean techniques.
• Implement Lean/MOREWIND practices to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
• Lead functional teams or projects with minimal resources and risk.
• Communicate complex concepts and influence others' opinions.
• Advise management and support decision-making.
• Use high judgment and problem-solving skills to handle complex tasks and recommend solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent experience with at least 6 years in relevant fields.
• Minimum of 5 years in Sourcing & Commodity Management.
• Ability to travel up to 50%, domestic and international.

Preferred Characteristics

• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in program/project leadership and process improvement, with Lean or Six Sigma certification.

The salary range is $108,800 - $181,300 annually, plus additional benefits and incentives. GE Vernova offers comprehensive health, retirement, and other benefits.
