Job Description

Turnkey Store Managers are partnered with seasoned Store Managers to learn Helzberg's methods for managing daily operations to achieve sales goals and profit objectives. They spend time learning Helzberg systems for providing overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the store. After an appropriate period and based on openings, the Turnkey is assigned to a permanent location as a Store Manager.

Previous experience in jewelry store management and achieving sales goals is critical. The ideal candidate will also possess:

• Strong personal selling skills and the ability to transfer those skills to sales associates.
• Knowledge of company policies and customer service issue resolution.
• Experience in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring top talent.
• Ongoing training provision to sales teams.
• Ability to facilitate coaching discussions and provide performance feedback.
• Strategy creation and implementation skills to meet sales and profit targets.
• Professional work environment maintenance and appropriate handling of associate relations issues.
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to manage various personalities.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, retail management, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
