Peak Workforce Solutions (Newbold) is seeking an HR Administrator / Receptionist for our client in Greer/Woodruff, SC. This is an immediate, direct hire opportunity.

Pay Range: $18/hr to $21/hr (based on experience)

Our client is looking for the heartbeat of their front office: the first friendly face people see, the person who keeps them organized, and the behind-the-scenes engine that supports their HR team. From greeting guests to coordinating travel to helping onboard new employees, you're the glue that holds everything together.

What You'll Do

As the HR Administrator and Receptionist you'll wear many hats and make a difference every day. Here's a glimpse of your exciting responsibilities:

Front Desk and Reception

  • Welcome visitiors with professionalism, warmth, and a smile.
  • Answer and route calls, respond to inquiries, and manage the front desk log.
  • Manage incoming/outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services.
  • Support clerical needs like copying, filing, scanning, and faxing.

Administrative
  • Order and maintain office supplies and front office inventory.
  • Track and report office expenses.
  • Support budgetingand cost control.
  • Coordinate travel bookings and accommodation arrangements.
  • Managing cleaning and security services, ensuring quality service and low cost.
  • Assist with apartment and vehicle rentals.
  • Schedule meetings and manage calendars.

HR Support
  • Assist with processing hourly timekeeping and ensuring accurate payrolls.
  • Support the HR team in candidate sourcing and interview scheduling.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Organize new hire orientations and internal trainings.
  • Maintain records and documentation in HR systems.
  • Assist in planning employee events.

What You Bring to the Table

We're looking for someone who's as passionate about people as they are about results. Here's what you'll need:
  • Associate's degree or higher in Business Administration or related field.
  • 2+ years in adminstrative support, receptionist, or HR-related roles.
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Positve, professional, and customer-service oriented demeanor.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with HRIS or payroll systems a plus.
