Technology Consulting – SAP Operations & Service Delivery – Support Services – Sr. Manager

EY's Technology Operations Managed Services team (Tech Ops) collaborates with some of the world's largest companies. Our solutions include application managed services, digital solutions, custom development, and bespoke solutions, primarily targeting large, complex managed service deals. Our goal is to grow this business, achieve margin and revenue targets, and innovate to maintain EY's market position.

The Opportunity

This role is key in ensuring the effective operation and support of our technology solutions. As a Senior Support Services professional, you will deliver quality support and resolve issues impacting business processes, products, and services. You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, automation, and post-transition support of technology projects, ensuring successful deployment and user adoption.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality support and issue resolution within key business processes.
  • Lead delivery for Applications Management clients, managing global teams, client governance, and fostering positive relationships.
  • Coordinate team activities, mentor staff, and drive continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Engage with EY leadership and represent AMS at the account level.
  • Develop business and nurture client relationships to expand Managed Services capabilities, participate in business development, RFPs, and upselling.
  • Promote standardization and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with SLAs and operational agreements.

This role involves analytical thinking, problem-solving, and regular client engagement, including travel as needed.

Skills and Attributes for Success

  • Experience with SAP ERP systems (preferably S/4HANA, Rise, or Grow).
  • Experience managing SAP delivery teams, offshore delivery, and customer support operations.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and service management.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and selling skills.
  • Experience with RFPs, business development, and SAP in RISE.
  • Understanding of statements of work, contract, and financial management.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (4-year).
  • 8-10+ years in SAP Operations or project management.
  • Expertise in Application Management.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
  • Strong customer support and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data management, troubleshooting, and relationship-building skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing technology projects and post-transition support.
  • Familiarity with automation and continuous improvement tools.
