In this exciting role, you will take charge of managing existing client accounts while actively seeking out new business opportunities to maximize revenue growth. RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities:

  • Grow and manage a diverse portfolio of existing accounts, achieving sales targets by introducing new lines of business.
  • Identify new business opportunities and craft innovative strategies to expand our customer base.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs to provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams such as marketing, customer success, and product development to ensure exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Negotiate contracts and successfully close deals to consistently meet or exceed sales quotas.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and market conditions to proactively identify potential sales opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications & Skills:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Studies, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
  • Demonstrated experience in sales, account management, or business development with a strong track record of success.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A background in Environmental Health & Safety is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage over 300 client accounts.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and other CRM tools is a plus.
  • A goal-oriented mindset with a proven history of achieving or surpassing sales targets.
