The candidate should possess strong analytical, organizational, planning, and communication skills, with a commitment to safety, integrity, and ethics. The Project Engineer will support various project functions, tasks, and technical details. Main Responsibilities Read and understand plans and specifications. Perform quantity takeoffs. Solicit bids from vendors and subcontractors. Observe project site progression. Generate change orders using estimating software. Transfer information between estimating and job cost software. Communicate project rollout with team members. Ensure safety requirements are met and risks mitigated. Submit necessary documentation to agencies. Review and analyze job cost data for accuracy. Communicate regularly with Project Manager and Superintendent. Generate billing quantities based on field data and contracts. Organize project tasks and provide clear instructions. Assist in maintaining a safe work environment. Willingness to work nights and weekends if needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills Required: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field. Good communication skills and teamwork ability.
