Financial Planning and Analysis:Oversee field aspects of the FP&A function, with a focus on weekly and monthly financial and operational KPI reporting, encompassing revenue, expenses, and cash flows. Leverage data analysis and visualization techniques to extract insights from financial data, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities, and proactively recommending data-driven strategies for improvement. Lead the annual budget process by partnering with private equity, Finance and Operations leadership, and field directors. Partner with Accounting on month-end close and reporting processes. Ensure that management reports are accurate and comply with all relevant regulations and standards.
