We're seeking a Senior Business Consultant to join our dynamic team and drive impactful Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine) implementations. What You'll Do:

As a Senior Business Consultant, you'll be the architect of success for our clients. You'll leverage your deep expertise in financials, cost accounting, MRP, planning, scheduling, and project management to guide businesses through successful CloudSuite Industrial implementations. Your day-to-day will involve:

• Leading and executing comprehensive project plans.
• Engaging directly with clients on-site and remotely, building strong relationships.
• Developing critical documentation and delivering engaging end-user training.
• Analyzing complex business challenges and recommending innovative solutions.
• Optimizing manufacturing processes through expert analysis and modeling.
• Conducting rigorous system testing and developing robust test plans.
• Providing clear and concise status reports to both internal and external stakeholders.

What We're Looking For:

We're searching for a highly motivated individual with a proven track record in manufacturing ERP consulting.

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine) (versions 8, 9, or 10) in a manufacturing environment.
• Extensive experience in ERP implementation and business analysis.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
• A self-starter who is eager to continuously learn and apply new skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel 50%+ within the US (infrequent international travel may be required).
• A strong customer service mindset and the ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Industry certifications (APICS/CPIM, Six Sigma) are a plus!
