Senior Reporting Analyst (Software Applications Specialist I)
Location: Greenville, SC
Pay: $58.58/hour
Job Summary:
This position focuses on developing, testing, and maintaining reporting systems using technologies such as SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and Power BI. The role bridges technical and business functions, supporting enterprise reporting needs and IT project initiatives while promoting cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain planning, monitoring, and reporting processes for enterprise-level reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and validate report requirements.
• Develop and maintain SSRS reports and Power BI dashboards.
• Analyze report requests, ensure accurate data capture, and deliver actionable insights.
• Support issue resolution and optimize reporting workflows.
• Apply programming knowledge to build scalable report solutions.
• Maintain software documentation including code standards and procedures.
• Stay current with reporting technology trends and propose process improvements.
• Uphold IT compliance, cybersecurity, and documentation standards.
• Promote Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) in day-to-day work and team collaboration.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years of experience, or 9+ years of directly related experience.
• Proficiency in SSRS, Power BI, and SQL.
• Experience in a Microsoft Windows domain environment with Active Directory familiarity.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration across technical and non-technical teams.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycles and compliance requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and time-conscious execution.

Working Conditions:

• Standard on-site office environment in Greenville, SC.
• May occasionally involve travel to project worksites or client facilities.
• May involve exposure to construction areas or temporary field offices.
