Kahua Automation Specialist (Software Applications Specialist I)

Location: Greenville, SC

Pay: 52.95/hour
Job Summary:

This role supports the Kahua EPC workflow system, including development, configuration, testing, and deployment. The position contributes to workflow automation and enterprise software enhancements across engineering and construction functions.
Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and lead workflow software tasks using Kahua.
• Assist in requirements gathering, testing, and implementation of new workflows.
• Develop scalable enterprise software components based on user needs.
• Participate in process optimization and documentation of software lifecycles.
• Maintain a customer-focused approach during software and workflow deployments.
• Participate in cross-functional discussions to ensure end-to-end solution delivery.
• Support ongoing IT compliance and cybersecurity protocols.
• Contribute to innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Promote a collaborative team culture and DE&I principles.

Customer Business Analyst / PM Support Functions:

• Serve as liaison between client and IT team.
• Document and validate business requirements.
• Support deployment and upgrades of software/hardware platforms.
• Analyze business processes and recommend technology solutions.
• Maintain project scope, schedule, and communication with stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years of experience, or 9+ years of relevant experience without a degree.
• Experience in workflow automation, preferably with Kahua or similar systems.
• Knowledge of enterprise software development and deployment best practices.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Working understanding of IT standards, project management practices, and software development.

Working Conditions:

• On-site office environment in Greenville, SC.
• May involve visits to project sites or client offices.
• Potential exposure to construction or engineering environments with varying conditions.
