Maintain safe and reliable building equipment for the team. Able to work efficiently and independently with minimal oversight. Is well organized and able to prioritize workload. Read and provide direction based on diagram software and drawings. Set up stages, chairs, tables, and other equipment as needed. Drive forklift or safety equipment needed to move furniture. Advises Manger of staffing concerns and/ staffing needs. Write end of shift reports and advise the manager of any areas of success or concern during the shift. Able to lead, direct, and supervise the work of the part time and contract set up team. Establish a routine of meetings with the team at the beginning and end of each shift to talk through project plans for each event, ensuring all set-up tasks are clearly defined, assigned, and completed on schedule.
