Role Description

We are hiring for two attorney positions. One position will be for a more experienced attorney, and one position will be for a less experienced attorney (0-2 years). This is a full-time, on-site role located in Greenville, SC. The Associate Personal Injury Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting research, litigating cases, trying cases, negotiating settlements, and handling cases related to personal injury law.

We have amazing support staff and lawyers. Experience in PI or Insurance Defense is not required, but is certainly beneficial.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to the State Bar of South Carolina or sitting for the SC Bar July 2025
