Pay Range: $95K - $130K (Depending on Experience)

Description:

Insight Global is assisting a client in identifying Family Law Attorneys for a direct hire opportunity in several locations around the South Carolina area with a growing firm. These locations include Greenville, Fort Mill, Charleston, and Beaufort, SC. This firm is seeking an attorney to manage a case load of about 120 hours including settlement and court room activity. Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in a variety of family law matters including divorce, custody, child support, alimony, and separation agreements
• Conduct client consultations and develop strategic legal plans
• Appear in court regularly; familiarity with South Carolina's 365-day rule is essential
• Collaborate with intake and billing departments to ensure smooth case flow
• Maintain accurate billing and meet monthly/quarterly billable hour goals (target: 120 hours/month)
• Utilize Rocket Matter and Box for case and document management
• Work closely with fellow attorneys to share knowledge and strengthen firm-wide practices

Desired Skills + Experience:

Licensed to practice law in South Carolina (Required)

3+ years of experience practicing family law in South Carolina

Strong courtroom presence and litigation experience

Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills

Ability to manage a steady caseload and meet billable hour expectations

Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to client service and firm values
