About the Role:The Records Management Specialist plays a key role in supporting and advancing the company's records management program. This position works closely with the Records Manager, Records Management Working Group, and cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with data retention policies and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of records management principles, technical systems, and collaborative project execution. What You'll Do:Records Management: Identify and prioritize areas for improvement in the records management program. Collaborate with legal, compliance, and technology teams to manage and enhance data retention policies and schedules. Support the development and execution of improvement plans and provide regular updates to management.
