Career Opportunities with Concrete Driveway Co.Current job opportunities are posted here as they become available.Concrete Driveway Co is seeking a detail-oriented Regional Director of Subcontractors, who will play a pivotalrole in overseeing and managing the subcontracting relationships critical to the success of our construction projects. This role will be responsible for selecting, evaluating, and collaborating with subcontractors to ensure they meet our quality, safety, and project timeline standards. Strong leadership and strategic thinking will be essential in developing and maintaining strong subcontractor partnerships. The starting compensation for this position is $65,000 base salary.Key Responsibilities:

• Subcontractor Selection: Identify and evaluate potential subcontractors based on their qualifications, expertise, track record, and capacity to meet project requirements.
• Onboarding and Legal Compliance: Oversee all new contractor onboarding and training, collect all documents related to legal compliance (Insurance, W9, etc.).
• Crew Capability Assessment: Have in-depth knowledge of crew abilities and provide context to the dispatch office regarding any concerns about a crew's ability to complete a job.
• Contract Negotiation: Negotiate and establish contracts with subcontractors, outlining terms, conditions, deliverables, pricing, and schedules. Ensure compliance with legal and company standards.
• Performance Management: Monitor and assess subcontractor performance throughout the project, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as quality, safety, budget adherence, and schedule compliance.
• Quality Assurance: Oversee subcontractors' work to ensure it aligns with project plans, specifications, and quality standards. Implement corrective actions as needed.
• Risk Management: Identify and proactively address potential risks associated with subcontractors' work, taking steps to mitigate issues that may arise.
• Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with subcontractors, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met and concerns are addressed promptly.
• Budget Oversight: Collaborate with the finance department to monitor subcontractor costs and ensure adherence to project budgets.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure subcontractors adhere to safety regulations and protocols, promoting a culture of safety on-site.
• Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular reviews of subcontractors, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry best practices, trends, and innovations related to subcontracting, and suggest process improvements as necessary.We'd be thrilled if you---
