This position does require 3 days in office and 2 days that can be completed remotely from home.
Who We Are Looking For:The IT Enterprise Architect role requires advanced broad-based knowledge of cross-functional areas of systems development in addition to the ability to create and maintain programming by users and assigned by the Director of Programming.
What You'll Do:

  • Evaluate, create, and maintain IT business architecture models to reflect the organization's strategies and needs.
  • Work with Director of Programming to maintain effective budget planning.
  • Develop into SAP Hana S/4, ABAP, and Fiori subject matter expert.
  • Evaluate stakeholders' requests for development; derive SAP technology adoption roadmaps; provide technical inputs on best practices to develop build vs. buy (or renew) strategies.
  • Develop program specifications to ensure clear understanding and review requirements with Programming Manager to obtain approval of design, resourcesand schedule.
  • Work with ABAP Developer to establish priorities and perform design work.
  • Tests programs according to IT standards.
  • Notifyuser of completion of programming and requestuser to review results prior to promotion to the production system,adjustas needed for any problems found staying consistent with original specification.
  • Prepareappropriate documentation and reportprogram completion to respective manager.
  • Overseeimplementation of new functionality or enhancements to existing system.
  • Supportsystem and correcterror conditions as assigned by respective manager during regularly scheduled hours and when on call after hours.
  • Organize and perform continual training to improve employees' knowledge and skills for organizational growth based upon company initiatives and tech support ticketing trends.Who You Are:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business or Technical discipline.
    • Experience working with Information Technology with at least 5 years of technical selection and implementation.
    • Minimum of 5 yearexperience partnering with business leaders to design and develop programs to suit business needs and goals.
    • Working knowledge of SAP ERP (various modules) and SAP BW.
    • Familiarity with EDI and SAP IDOCS.
    • Ability to work cross functionally with teams to balance solutions in accordance with budget, schedule and tools.
    • Collaborative team player, should be able to establish solid working relationships with stakeholders.
    • Professional Communication Skills, should be able to communicate with peers, customers and vendors both via verbal and written communication.
