Job Details

Assist with ensuring the overall success of the Culinary Services department while following Sunshine Retirement Living procedures. Daily duties may include preparing, washing, and storing dishes; helping serve meals; and clearing dishes at residents' tables. MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS - High school graduate or equivalent. Must be 18 years of age. Have a general knowledge of cleaning and sanitation. Maintains food handlers permit as necessary to fulfill state regulations. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and politely in English, both verbally and in writing, with residents and staff. Meets state health related requirements (as applicable for position)Ability to work in a team setting and be a positive team player. Maintain a positive, respectful, and professional approach with coworkers and residents. Ability to keep all business and operations information confidential.
