Position Overview
The Project Executive will oversee and manage multiple construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, capable of fostering relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to drive project success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple construction projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
  • Develop project plans, including scope, schedules, and resource allocations.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
  • Conduct regular site visits and meetings to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure safety compliance.
  • Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders and executive management.
  • Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and implementing cost control measures.
  • Evaluate and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
  • Proven experience in commercial construction projects, particularly in multi-family, medical, education, and industrial sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and best practices.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
