The agency is seeking an attorney to join the Office of General Counsel and support the program responsible for the award, administration, and oversight of State government contracts. Contracting areas include information technology, complex services, supplies, and construction. Law practice areas include public contract, administrative, general government, public records and open meetings, construction, general contract, and information technology. Prior experience in these areas is not necessary. Minimum Qualifications:

NOTE: Because this position is categorized as unclassified, pay band does not apply. Salary offered will be commensurate with experience.
