Recruiting Solutions is seeking highly motivated Warehouse Associates to join an industry innovator in the design of retail interior decor in Fountain Inn, SC! This is a temp to hire opportunity offering 1 st and 2 nd shift, a climate controlled work environment, and pay rate of $16 per hour, depending on experience.

Warehouse Associate Benefits:

• 1 st and 2 nd shift available!
  • 7am to 5:30pm (Mon - Thurs, half day on Friday)
  • 4pm to 1:30am (Mon - Thurs, half day on Friday)
• Overtime available on Saturdays hours depending on business needs

• Operate material handling equipment (i.e. Forklift, pallet jacks, hand truck) to unload/load trucks and move materials throughout the facility
• Package various items, for safe storage and shipping, using a variety of materials (foam, shrink wrap, cardboard, wood, scrap materials)
• Identify, count, sort, measure, quality check and kit items using various drawings, pictures, lists
• Read and understand a tape measure and use mathematic skills
• Unpack, verify, and record incoming merchandise or material
• Perform other warehouse and driving duties as assigned

• Previous experience in shipping, logistics, or other related fields
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Efficiently work independently and as part a team
• Candidate must be self-motivated and eager to learn new things
