As you grow in experience, here are some of the things you will do:Thoroughly clean smoke residue from contents and structuresPack & move contents with protection and care to avoid damage.Provide post job site cleaningKeep job site clean and orderlyPhotograph, identify, and inventory contentsMaintain timely communication to peers regarding job status, scope of work, and documentationRespond and perform all restoration, remediation, damage, and sanitary cleaning jobs according to IICRC standards & Rainbow processesEstablish and maintain a schedule to ensure all services are delivered in a timely mannerMaintain all company restoration and cleaning equipment, keeping them clean and properly maintained to be available at all times.Desire to work with your hands.Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions.Requirements & Skills: Not afraid to roll up your sleeves & get dirtyEmpathy, Friendly, and a positive can-do attitudeEagerness to learn and grow within the Restoration IndustryValid Driver's License with a clean driving recordAbility to lift/move up to 100 poundsComfortable with walking/standing for long periods of time, working at elevated heights, and working in restricted spaces while wearing PPEAbility to pass a drug test & extensive background screeningAvailable for full time role with overtime, on-call rotations, and travelingRainbow Restoration provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or genetics.
