Process Technician Reports to: Engineering Manager Work Location: Spartanburg Facility - Spartanburg, SC We have an exciting opportunity at our Spartanburg Facility for a hands-on leader with problem solving capabilities to take Motus to the NEXT level. The Process Technician will be responsible for setting up, diagnosing, and maintaining process controls on all equipment in their designated area while supporting the production lines' performance. RESPONSIBILITIES: Monitor net production for accuracy and efficiency, including collaboration with quality department to ensure part meets all quality and performance specifications Complete all required process checks prior to initiation of production Ensure all work cells are correct for the respective after tool change (Robot EOA, rail widths, guide widths, etc) Assist with process changes as necessary Support engineering team with the identification of root causes for scrap defects and with the implementation of interim and permanent corr...Process Technician, Technician, Continuous Improvement, Engineering Manager, Process Engineer, Support Engineer, Manufacturing
