Job Details

S: Ensure daily Pre-Shift inspections and frequency checks are completed accurately and conduct planned inspection audits on each shift. Follow, comply and enforce all operational procedures/policies as stated in the employee Environmental Health and Safety programs (Magna and OSHA Standards). Conduct Pre-Shift meetings with the team to communicate safety and/or quality issues and production targets. Fills in for Team Members that need to temporarily leave the line (emergency, bathroom break, etc.) Complete all necessary documentation including hourly data collection with downtime reasons and daily performance graphing. Ensure that all operation documentation is up to date. Operate production equipment as needed to cover for missing team members and/or to facilitate improved production start-ups.
