  • Preparing technical proposals, scopes of work, cost estimates, and supporting documentation
  • Supporting sales efforts with engineering insights and customer-facing communication
  • Coordinating project handoff and alignment across internal teams (engineering, supply chain, project management)
  • Tracking proposal outcomes and contributing to process improvements and strategic growth initiatives

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of experience in machine building, system integration, or industrial automation, with proficiency in SOLIDWORKS, AutoCAD, or similar tools. This role requires a solid understanding of industry standards and safety regulations, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to clearly communicate technical concepts. A team-oriented, adaptable, and client-focused mindset is essential, along with a willingness to travel for site visits.

  • Design of automation equipment and integration systems
  • Automotive, food/beverage, chemical, or CPG industry exposure
