12 years of experience in Water/ Wastewater preferred. Professional Engineering Licensure required. Highly self-motivated and dynamic individual. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Experience leading a team of engineers/designers. Project Management experience required, with experience in managing and growing a design team preferred. Strong technical knowledge base in water/wastewater design. Experience with contract management, billing, and workload planning to track/meet budgets. Experience and passion for growth into new business sectors. Successful candidate should have local client contacts and both the passion and ability to bring in new business. Marketing and Business development are required elements of this position along with developing professional relationships. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
