  • Attention to detail: Ensure data accuracy to support load assessments and structural design. Review and validate calculations performed by internal engineers.
  • Confirm assumptions and facilitate clear communication regarding design and calculations.
  • Assist in the development of preliminary design drawings. Drawing will be crucial in this role to be able to successfully visualize the projects.
  • Accommodate design revisions due to capacity or deadline constraints.

  • Request pricing for third-party items from vendors and address questions via team calls, phone, or email.
  • Write proposals for installers, addressing pricing comparisons, installer-specific questions, and assisting with drawing clarifications.
  • Compile data in ERP, including material, vendor quotes, freight, drop, and engineering hours to finalize system details.
  • Conduct pricing reviews with the team to ensure accurate cost assessments.
  • Transfer relevant documents to the Job Project File upon receipt of the PO and participate in Project Kick-off meetings.
  • Assist the Design Team during drawing and customer approval, ensuring post-PO design changes stay within budget.
  • Support the Project Management Team in developing estimates for change orders as needed.
  • Develop ROMs for early-stage projects, utilizing data from similar past quotes and jobs.
