Description:

Durabook Americas is a leading manufacturer of rugged computing solutions, including the DURABOOK line of notebooks, tablets, and all-in-one computers. Durabook is seeking an Account Representative to develop and grow the sales of our Durabook line of rugged mobile computing solutions and accessories. Responsibilities

  • Follow up on inbound leads to further the sales process
  • Outbound calls to find potential clients
  • Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support
  • Researching potential leads from business directions, web searches, or digital resources.
  • Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospective clients
  • Presenting and delivering information to potential clients
  • Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions
  • Working with the territory sales team when closing the sale
  • Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
  • Building pipelines with channel partners and team members to close sales
  • Maintaining the database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc) of prospective clients' information
  • Closing sales and working with clients through the closing process.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of sales experience or related sales experience
  • College degree or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers
  • Persuasive and goal-oriented
  • Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
  • Self-motivated and self-directed
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Tenacity to handle rejection and continue with a positive attitude when reaching the next potential client
  • Knowledge of the sales process from initiation to close
  • Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM/Salesforce, are preferred. Knowledge of mobility products, notebook computers, or technical hardware products is preferred
