Job Summary:

The BU Head will be responsible for developing and shaping the channel strategy for hospitals and government institutions, aiming to drive growth and increase market share through the implementation of best-in-class sales management practices.

Area of Responsibilities:

• Manage quotations and tender participation for hospitals and government institutions.
• Meet with hospital and government officials regularly across India.
• Oversee the end-to-end demand fulfillment cycle, including appointing stockists, coordinating with C&F agents, and service providers.
• Coordinate with other BU teams to ensure smooth operations and increase market share.
• Interact frequently with cross-functional teams such as finance, distribution, C&F, HR, and IT.
• Develop channels by improving execution quality in the field, evaluating new customers and therapies to ensure growth.

Experience:

• 15+ years of experience, preferably in Pharma, FMCG, or OTC sectors.
• Experience working closely with hospital businesses, pharmacies, and government institutions.
• Proven ability to leverage analytics to strengthen customer relationships.
• Experience in building high-performance teams.
