Brokerage Coordinator

Description:

An established commercial real estate company in Downtown Greenville is seeking a Brokerage Coordinator. This role assists brokers in all aspects of the deal transaction process, including drafting contracts and agreements, coordinating showings and property tours, maintaining client databases, and partnering in marketing efforts. This direct-hire position is onsite 5 days per week.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist a team of CRE brokers with correspondence, calendar management, and travel arrangements
  • Draft contracts, coordinate showings and property tours, and manage client database
  • Serve as liaison between brokers and marketing team
  • Help host marketing events and team meetings
  • Prepare proposals, invoices, reports, mailing lists, etc.
  • Research properties, clients, and market trends
  • Perform various office tasks


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of administrative experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Highly professional and relational
