Position Summary:
The Billing Analyst is responsible for all aspects of supporting the billing teams.This position will support Billing Attorneys when their assigned Billing Specialists are on leave or no longer with the firm until there is a permanent assignment determined. Billing Analyst will complete large reversal projects, which require in-depth research and complex troubleshooting and perform training to new employees, support team training on specialized billing arrangements, and identify areas where additional training is needed. The Billing Analyst is knowledgeable about the Aderant database, Immigration and L&E billing, thus able to provide feedback/suggestions to improve processes/efficiencies, and assists with the testing, coverage and implementation of the same for both billing teams. This role serves as a resource for all billing teams to excel in their billing, collaboration with the entire financial operations group, and customer service, along with the support needed for each team to ensure appropriate coverage takes place for our internal and external clients.
Essential Functions:In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected salary range for this Colorado position is between $73,920 and $110,880. In accordance with New York States Wage Transparency Law, the expected salary range for this New York State position is between $67,360 and $122,280 . In accordance with Californias amended labor code as stated in Senate Bill 1162, the expected salary range for this California position is between $69,520 and $122,280. In accordance with the Washington Equal Pay and Opportunities act, the expected salary range for this Washington position is between $77,520 and $116,280. In accordance with the Wage Transparency Omnibus Amendment Act, the expected salary range for this DC position is between $77,520 and $116,280. In accordance with Marylands Equal Pay for Equal Work-Wage Range Transparency Law, the expected salary range for this Baltimore position is between $69,520 and $104,280. In accordance with the New Jersey Pay and Benefit Transparency Act, the expected salary range for this New Jersey based position is between $67,040 and 83,800. In accordance with Illinois Equal Pay Act Transparency Notice, the expected salary range for this Illinois position is between $77,520 and $116,280. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law. This position qualifies for the benefits below.
