Daily interpretation of customer delivery requirements into shipping schedule utilizing Cumulative Sums (CUMs). Monitoring ahead and behind schedule conditions and alert corresponding parties (production, customer). Adjust CUMs as needed. Daily preparation of packing slips, transmitting Advanced Shipping Notices (ASNs), pick list. Daily contact with customers of Drive Automotive. Daily communication with the scheduler of Drive Automotive to review the delivery requirements and container requirements. Preparing reports required by supervisor and management with regards to shipping schedules both short and long term. Perform other duties as required. REQUIREMENTS - Must have high school diploma/ GED - Must be able to pass background check and drug screen. Must have at least one year of experience in a manufacturing setting. Shipping and Receiving experience preferred. SAP experience a plus. SKILLS - Six months related experience and/or training with shipping and receiving.
