LOCATION: Clemson Head Start Center and Tommie C. Brooks Early Head Start Center

Job Summary

The Center Manager is responsible for working with the Administrative Staff to ensure an environment that meets Head Start Program Performance Standards and state licensure requirements. The role includes supervising all center staff, collaborating with the Early Head Start Site Manager for smooth operations, and providing training and technical assistance to staff. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field required; a bachelor's degree or higher is preferred. At least two years of experience in a preschool program is preferred, with experience in the Early Childhood field advantageous. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills; bilingual in English/Spanish preferred. Leadership and management skills are required. Valid SC Driver's License with an acceptable driving record is necessary.
