Base pay range

$109,100.00/yr - $143,175.00/yr

We're looking for an experienced and collaborative Project Construction Superintendent in Escanaba, MI, who thrives when people are in sync and construction projects are running like they should. You'll take the lead on daily scheduling and planning activities at the project site, and ensure the right materials, equipment and people are there to get the job done. Most importantly, you'll take action to ensure the safety, health and well-being of your team and our planet. As a passionate leader, you'll leverage your people management skills to help your team members discover what drives them, nurturing their purpose and guiding them forward. Here's what you'll need

  • High School diploma
  • Minimum 15 years progressive experience in heavy industrial construction in supervisory roles, including general/site superintendent
  • Proficiency with MS Office, Excel, Navisworks 3D computer software, and Bluebeam
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, building systems/components and technology, contract management, project delivery methods, team building and client relationship building required
  • Must have a passion for safe work practices


Ideally, you'll also have

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering
  • Pulp & Paper experience
  • Background in Electrical & Instrumentation

And certain roles may be eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, performance discretionary bonus, and stock.

The base salary range for this position is $109,100.00 to $143,175.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
