Our objective is to provide clients with a unique business perspective on leveraging SAP technology to enhance their operations. This is rooted in EY's SAP service line capabilities (Supply Chain, FICO, BPC, Data & Analytics, Customer, Tech/Arch, and SuccessFactors) focused on improving client performance and productivity.

The opportunity

Our SAP approach focuses on strategy, customer value, user experience, processes, technology, and operational impacts. Our SAP EWM professionals deliver strategic solutions to transform logistics operations, improving cost, efficiency, quality, and effectiveness.

Your key responsibilities

• Participate in Explore phase design workshops
• Configure SAP EWM and related modules
• Design custom RICEF solutions and document specifications
• Perform testing of solutions
• Support training material development and delivery
• Provide on-site hypercare support to warehouse users
• Demonstrate technical capabilities and business acumen
• Assimilate new knowledge effectively
• Deliver quality client services, monitor progress, manage risks, and keep stakeholders informed
• Establish relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels

Skills and attributes for success

Work with stakeholders to understand needs, advise on SAP system capabilities, gather requirements, architect solutions, blueprint, test, document, and configure SAP and non-SAP systems.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• A bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of related experience
• 2+ years of experience with SAP EWM
• Strong communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills
• Ability to research client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations and technologies
• Willingness to travel, estimated at 40-60%

Ideally, you'll also have

• Prior consulting or deep functional experience
• SAP Certifications
• Experience with full lifecycle SAP EWM implementation
• Hands-on SAP configuration experience
• Designing custom RICEF solutions and writing specifications
• Writing and executing test scripts
• Creating training materials for end users
• Knowledge of warehouse operations in distribution or manufacturing

What we look for

Knowledge of best practices, benchmarking, and prior SAP consulting experience. A mix of functional and technical skills is preferred.

What we offer

Competitive compensation and benefits, including a salary range of $101,500 to $186,000 in general, and $121,700 to $211,300 in select regions.
