Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and collaborate with your team to achieve quarterly and annual sales goals.
2. Manage trade show contacts to generate sales growth.
3. Proactively prospect for new customers and maintain existing client relationships.
4. Work with our engineering department on custom applications within your territory.
5. Operate with support from headquarters while enjoying the freedom to pursue your goals in your home office and in the field.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of field sales experience.
• Proficiency with personal computers and software applications.
• Self-motivated with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving and cognitive reasoning skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Clean driving record.
