Mortgage Servicing Business Delivery Manager

This position involves managing a team of project and program managers utilizing Waterfall and Agile methodologies to support Mortgage Servicing objectives. The role requires interaction with executives, senior operations, technology, risk, and other key stakeholders to shape and operationalize process strategies.

Responsibilities include:

1. Leading project and program management teams to ensure timely, within-budget delivery of initiatives.
2. Managing stakeholder relationships and ensuring clear communication of project scope and objectives.
3. Coordinating with cross-functional teams to align project expectations and deliverables.
4. Overseeing budgets, resource allocation, and vendor management.
5. Ensuring quality standards and client satisfaction.
6. Identifying and mitigating risks, supporting audits and compliance.
7. Driving process improvements and managing change implementations.
8. Establishing metrics and reporting project status to leadership.

Qualifications:

• College degree or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• 15+ years in finance, operations, risk management, or related fields.
• 5+ years of project management or Scrum Master experience with Waterfall or Agile.
• Strong business acumen and experience leading large, cross-functional initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Lean Six Sigma experience and continuous improvement background.
• Advanced certifications like PMP, CQIA, SAFe Scrum Master.
• Master's degree in related fields.
• Management experience of 10+ years.

Position can be located in Charlotte, NC, with a hybrid work schedule.
