Are you an experienced Low Voltage Superintendent looking for a new opportunity?

As a national outfit with a steady pipeline of work, we are expanding and seeking multiple Superintendents to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Manage teams on low voltage projects, including structured cabling systems, terminating and testing fiber and copper cables, troubleshooting fiber lines, installing wireless door access points, security camera installations, and more.
- Oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring job safety and completion.
- Collaborate with upper management and Senior Superintendents to ensure project success.
- Develop and build strong teams for each project, delivering quality output, meeting customer expectations, managing scope, and ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.
- Drive division profitability through effective project execution.
- Continuously evaluate and improve systems and processes to meet customer requirements and profitability goals.
- Review contractual requirements for all projects and specific process design methodologies as needed.
- Ensure schedule requirements are met, adjusting priorities and milestones based on changing customer needs, resource availability, and job requirements.
- Interact with customers to validate expectations are understood and met throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage project review processes with a focus on financial forecasting.
- Ensure high-quality engineering, studies, and project delivery.
- Proactively communicate challenges, risks, and successes.
- 5+ years of project management experience in managing electrical projects.
- Proven ability to develop relationships and assist in winning projects.
- Demonstrated ability to run a profitable portfolio.
- Exceptional initiative, execution, and communication skills, both oral and written.
- Strong analytical, motivational, and leadership skills.
- Competitive hourly rate + per diem ($40-$45/hr, depending on experience)
