Provides supervision and development opportunities for management and hourly associates in a facility facing issues such as high turnover, engagement challenges, inexperienced staff, and recruiting difficulties in a competitive market. Responsibilities include recruitment, hiring, training, mentoring, succession planning, performance evaluation, recognition, and fostering a belonging mindset across organizational levels.
Upholds the company's Open Door Policy by engaging with associates to address concerns, research issues, utilize resources, review policies, and ensure responsiveness and resolution. Ensures compliance with policies and proactively addresses challenging compliance issues, managing relationships with authorities, monitoring safety and asset protection, and overseeing quality standards and operational reviews.
Participates in community outreach programs, representing the company and building external relationships. Drives financial performance by achieving sales and profit goals, controlling expenses, and analyzing economic trends. Ensures customer service excellence, maintains store standards, and leads talent development and succession planning initiatives. Builds high-performing teams, fosters a culture of integrity and ethics, and promotes a diverse and inclusive workplace.

Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of general management experience, including financial accountability, and 4 years supervising at least 50 nonexempt and 5 exempt associates, or 4 years of management experience with similar supervisory responsibilities. Additional requirements include successful completion of job-specific training and assessments, and, for firearms-related facilities, background checks and certifications as applicable.
Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University, experience as a Store Manager in a low or medium complex store, or 2 years as a Store Manager in a high-volume retail environment, particularly in grocery segments.
