HR Business Partner, Human Resources Coastal Region

This role involves responsibilities such as:

  • Managing HR functions including Talent Management, Benefits, Compensation, Organizational Learning, and Employee Care on the assigned campus.
  • Fostering positive relationships with employees, managers, and HR team members.
  • Serving as a resource and providing advice on Employee Care programs, policies, and legal compliance.
  • Participating in meetings, hospital committees, and community boards as an HR representative.
  • Leading special projects, training programs, and coordinating employee events.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HR policies, legal legislation, and organizational procedures.

Job requirements include a minimum of four years HR Generalist and/or Employee Relations experience, two years of leadership experience, knowledge of employment laws, and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.

McLeod Health is a large, non-profit healthcare organization founded in 1906, operating multiple hospitals and healthcare facilities across an 18-county area, with a team of approximately 15,000 members.

This is a full-time, mid-senior level position in the Human Resources industry, with locations in South Carolina offering salaries between $65,000 and $140,000, depending on experience and location.
