Position Overview

A leading technology-driven organization is seeking a Compensation Lead Analyst to design, implement, and manage compensation programs across a dynamic, growth-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical capabilities, a consultative approach, and a deep understanding of compensation frameworks and market trends. This role is based onsite at the company's Greenville SC office, with a hybrid in-office schedule of four days per week.


Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to assess and deliver compensation strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Support the annual compensation review cycle through data preparation, analysis, and modeling
  • Conduct job evaluation, job mapping, and external market pricing using relevant benchmarks
  • Maintain job architecture and support updates to job profiles
  • Review and approve compensation elements for new hire and internal offers
  • Conduct quarterly audits of FLSA salary thresholds and assist in classification reviews
  • Contribute to the development of compensation guidelines and communications (both U.S. and international)
  • Research and recommend compensation tools, methodologies, and best practices
  • Perform ad-hoc analyses and contribute to various compensation-related projects as needed

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • Proven success in navigating cross-functional teams and influencing without direct authority
  • Experience managing change and driving results in fast-paced, evolving environments
  • Collaborative and consultative communication style with strong interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of U.S. federal and state wage and hour regulations, including FLSA
  • Advanced Excel capabilities, including use of macros, VBA, and complex formulas
  • Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills


Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Economics, or a related field
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification
  • Experience with global compensation design and analysis
  • Prior exposure to Workday or similar HRIS/Compensation systems
