Skills And Qualifications

• Education: Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. Equivalent experience may be considered.
• Experience: 1-3 years in construction or project management, preferably in commercial projects.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, Prolog), scheduling tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera), and basic construction knowledge.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal skills for effective collaboration.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Problem-Solving: Proactive mindset to anticipate challenges and offer solutions.
• Safety Knowledge: Understanding of OSHA regulations and safety standards.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to identify potential issues early and ensure quality.
