Learn more at www.colasusa.com .MissionThe Project Engineer is responsible for executing assigned work within an Operating Unit, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.Main ResponsibilitiesEnsure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations; report malfunctions.Exemplify professional behavior with regard to clients, safety, and the environment.Prepare project plans, resource allocations, layouts, signage, and tracing; monitor construction progress to meet deadlines and specifications.Assist in project budgeting, including income and expenditure assessments.Manage project progress, handle contingencies, and implement corrective actions.Represent the company to stakeholders, uphold the company's image, and respond to client requests.Lead project teams, assign tasks, onboard and train new staff, conduct interviews, and evaluate performance.Ensure project quality, conduct final inspections, and oversee project acceptance.Candidate ProfileTypically requires a bachelor's degree and 2-3 years of relevant experience.Additional InformationColas Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
