How would you like to make a significantimpact on our HR services?

As the Head of HR Shared Service Delivery,you'll oversee the efficient delivery of HR services, including Payroll, MI& Analytics, Learning & Development, Employee Lifecycle, ResourcingAdministration, HR Customer Service, Travel, Expenses, and Global Mobility.You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance HR processes usingautomation and AI, ensuring our practices are customer-centric, scalable, andeffective. Leading a team of 35 HR professionals, you'll focus on peoplemanagement, cross-functional skills, and customer-focused solutions.

This role will be based from our Stocktonoffice.

What you will be doing:

• Lead andmanage the HR service delivery team, ensuring high-quality operationalsupport across payroll, benefits administration, MI, L&D, onboarding,and employee lifecycle processes.
• Developand implement HR service strategies to enhance employee experience andoptimize operational performance, including the adoption of digital HRsolutions.
• Overseethe maintenance and development of HR systems and technologies, ensuringdata integrity, compliance, and efficiency.
• Establishand monitor HR service performance metrics, driving continuous improvementinitiatives and ensuring compliance with employment laws and companypolicies.
• Foster aculture of customer service excellence and operational efficiency,maintaining high service standards and managing relationships withexternal service providers.
• Leadinitiatives to maintain and exceed the Great Place to Work accreditation,ensuring a positive and engaging employee experience through specializedtraining programs and continuous development.

What you'll bring:

• Provenability to design and implement HR strategies and initiatives efficiently.
• Extensiveknowledge of HR best practices, regulations, and trends.
• PreferablyCIPD certified, with substantial experience in HR operations or servicedelivery, including proven leadership experience.
• Strongexpertise in HR systems, processes, and technology platforms, with a focuson driving process improvements and operational efficiency.
• Excellentleadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with adata-driven mindset and problem-solving abilities.
• Experiencein managing HR shared services, Travel and Global Mobility programs, andfostering a positive workplace culture while maintaining employeraccreditation programs
