Position Overview
The Project Superintendent is responsible for overseeing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to safety standards, quality control, and project timelines. This role involves coordinating with various teams and stakeholders, managing resources effectively, and maintaining communication with clients to deliver successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of construction projects in industrial, warehouse, and manufacturing settings.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards across all project activities.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to meet project objectives.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation including reports, schedules, and change orders.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to provide updates on project status.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Superintendent in industrial or construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices in construction.
  • Experience in managing projects related to power plants, refineries, cold storage, and mission-critical facilities.
  • Ability to travel as required for project needs.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with project management software and tools.
  • Nice to have: Experience with data center projects and knowledge of cloud services such as AWS, Meta, or Microsoft.
