Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic leader to replace Anderson Momose, focusing on profitable and sustainable growth of Atlas Copco's Portable Energy products in North America. The role involves developing sales and marketing strategies, fostering key relationships, and exploring new markets to expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performing marketing team.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase market share with dealers, distributors, rental companies, and key accounts.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key management at various customer organizations.
• Coordinate with regional teams to share best practices and drive sales activities.
• Manage inventory levels, forecast demand, and ensure stock availability.
• Create data-driven insights to improve customer value and market presence.
• Collaborate on marketing materials and digitalization initiatives.
• Oversee rebate programs and reporting activities.
• Utilize CRM systems to manage sales activities.
• Conduct product demonstrations, plant visits, and training.
• Introduce new products and monitor pricing strategies.
• Research competitor activity and gather market intelligence.
• Represent Atlas Copco's core values consistently.

Candidate Profile

A 4-year degree in engineering, sales, marketing, or related field, with at least 10 years of experience in portable industrial equipment sales and marketing. Proven supervisory skills are essential, with oversight of 4-6 employees. Ability to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.
